When the dishwasher leaked in this Metairie kitchen in the wee hours of the morning, sufficient water had pooled to cause significant damage possibly. But our customer called us immediately, and we responded almost as fast. We quickly vacuumed up the clean water from the leak and placed down drying mats. As shown in the Before Photo they are taped to the hardwood floorboards to create a strong suctioning force drawing out the remaining moisture from between the tongue and groove joints. This use of state of the art equipment also preserved the supports and floor joists, saving a ton of money if the water was not quickly removed.
