A ruptured line in the second-floor bathroom flooded the floor and stairs with a large amount of water. The wooden treads and supports were soaked and required drying to secure the structural soundness of the pathway. SERVPRO can provide an ASD applied structural drying technicians to inspect the water damage and offer a cost-efficient, yet effective action plan to make the homeowner feel "Like it never even happened." The partial demolition of the treads and risers exposed the stringers (supports) for the stairs to increased air circulation, and with the help of a silicone desiccant dehumidifier, a return to normal moisture levels.
